• Account data: name, email address, password in encrypted form.
• Flight log data: flights, flight times, aircraft, routes, ratings and expiries.
• Training data: exercises, progress, instructor evaluations, exam results.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, login timestamps, error logs.

We process data to provide the service (performance of contract), to maintain account security (legitimate interest), and to fulfil legal obligations. Newsletters are sent exclusively based on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

We store data for as long as your account exists or as required by law. After account deletion, data is permanently deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

We use server, hosting, email and analytics providers for our operations. We enter into data processing agreements with our partners, and they only have access to the data they need.
