RepNaplo.hu provides a digital flight logbook, training tracker, and administrative tools for pilots, cadets, instructors, flying clubs, and technicians.

The service is not an air traffic control, navigation, or official regulatory system. It is the user's responsibility to verify recorded data and to maintain all mandatory records in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

• The information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• The user is responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• One account belongs to one person; sharing access is not permitted.
• In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.
• A minor may only register with the consent of a legal guardian.

The following uses of the service are prohibited:

• violating laws or the rights of third parties,
• compromising the security or availability of the system,
• automated data collection without authorisation,
• uploading malicious code, causing overload, or circumventing protections,
• recording false, misleading, or another person's flight data.

Flight and training data you upload to the system remain your property. You may export it at any time and remove it by deleting your account.

To the extent necessary to operate the service, you grant permission to store, process, back up, and display your data within the features available to you. Details of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

The content and pricing of each plan are set out in our offer. Paid features are subject to the terms of the applicable plan; we will notify you in advance of any changes.

• We will indicate whether the listed prices include applicable taxes.
• Renewal and cancellation terms are available before placing an order.
• In the event of a failed payment, access to paid features may be restricted.

We aim for continuous operation, but brief outages may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events. We will endeavour to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we apply all reasonably expected technical and organisational measures to ensure data security and to resolve issues promptly.

The name, branding, software, interface, documentation, and own content of RepNaplo.hu are protected by copyright and other legal rights. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted.

Data and notifications in the service provide administrative assistance but do not replace the professional judgement and verification of a pilot, instructor, operator, or technician.

Before every flight, the user is responsible for verifying ratings, weather, airspace information, aircraft airworthiness, and all other mandatory conditions.

Some features may connect to third-party services or links. Their availability, content, and data handling are governed by the third party's own terms.

You may delete your account at any time, or cancel your subscription in accordance with the terms of your plan. In the event of serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal obligations, we may suspend or terminate access with prior notice — or immediately in urgent cases.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in advance, either within the service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless otherwise required by law.
